Technology transfer

University of L'Aquila carries out research and innovation activities of excellence, nationally and internationally, thanks to its 7 Departments, 3 Centers of Excellence, 5 Research Centers, 2 Service Centers, over 200 Laboratories.

The University promotes the exploitation of research results through the activities of technology transfer in collaboration with private companies, public administrations and non-governmental organizations.

Applications and titles relating to patents, designs, trademarks and know-how listed on this site are available for transfer or licensing to interested companies, institutions and bodies.

The Technology Transfer Office supports internal staff (e.g. support for patenting and creation of spin-offs companies) and external clients (e.g. signing of agreements for commissioned research, licensing / patent assignment agreements) to ensure the knowledge generated becomes a driver of local development.
