The main objective of the TNE is to strengthen the innovation capacity of higher education institutions by promoting innovation through cooperation and knowledge flow, in order to address the gap between skills supply and demand, designing and creating new learning pathways that foster the development of initiative and entrepreneurial mindset. The focus will be on developing talent and skills through the mobility of teachers, staff and students from outside the EU.
