Through its competent offices our University offers companies and businesses access to applied research and to the skills of its researchers with the aim of enhancing the relationship between research and industry through technology transfer.
Various services are offered such as:
- Activating direct contact with companies also through technology auditing to identify needs
- Supporting services and defining project collaboration terms between research teams and companies
- Activating databases with information on technology transfer and procedures regulating and providing incentives for research
- Motivating companies and businesses to participate in and co-finance research projects
- Collaborating with companies in creating postgraduate programmes in sectors of particular relevance for companies and industries in the local territory
- Creating a network linking industries, research centres, technological areas
- Organizing conferences, seminars, exhibitions to provide a meeting place between research and industrial demand
